Step 1: Preparation & Safety Measures
Hazard labels, barrier tape, and PPE ensured safety. Floor and equipment were protected with plastic sheets before work began.
Step 2: Dismantling the Existing System
The old AHU and HEPA case were dismantled using general tools and angle grinders, creating space for new installation.
Step 3: Structural Enhancements
Wall and ceiling repairs, including skimming, repainting, and structural improvements, were made for a clean and stable environment.
Step 4: AHU Installation & System Integration
New AHU installed via CKD method. Ducting, electrical panels, and controls were fitted with precision and energy-efficient upgrades.
Step 5: Final Commissioning & Testing
System tested for temperature, humidity, and differential pressure. The AHU was successfully commissioned to meet client performance specifications.
